Overview:
You play the villain. Magical girls are real, your organisation has been losing to them for years, and you have brought a brainwashing device.
Enemies you knock down don’t die. They stay where they fell, unconscious. Hit one with the beam and she gets up fighting for you — in the middle of the same fight. Grunts, enemy reinforcements, officers and the magical girls guarding the district all work the same way, and everyone you break comes with you into the next fight. The game gets easier the more of it you win, because your squad is made out of the people who used to be in your way.

Combat is real-time top-down. Your squad fights on auto while you handle positioning and the beam, or you can take direct control of your commander and aim skills yourself. Between fights you take a district one node at a time. Cadres don’t join the first time you beat them — they run, and you chase them down, corner them in their hideout, and bring them home.
Captured cadres live at your base. You can change their outfits, talk to them, and call them to your room. Every one of them is logged in three stages — Normal, Brainwashed, Modified — with different art, different lines, and a different way of fighting for each. Brainwashed is a doll that answers in single words. Modified doesn’t replace her personality; it rewrites the one she had, lewdly. The clingy one stays clingy.
The characters running around the field are not sprite sets. They are drawn from a full skeleton every frame, so outfits, hair and exposure change live — including in the middle of a fight, when her clothes come off and she keeps going. The same chibis act out the bedroom scenes from start to finish.

New title logo — the second line melts, and lightning strikes now and then.
More bedroom scenes with elites follow their script start to finish, a few of them on the lab throne. Floor scenes in the hub and on conquered zones now end with climax and afterglow.
Coats and lab coats hang with gravity, fold on the floor and spread when the legs do.
Redrawn stages — the maid café, residential streets, downtown, the gym and the Zoca Loco base gate got new floors, furniture and props.
There is now a way to sneak through the Zoca Loco base gate. Not a perfect one.
When the enemy moves into one of your hideouts, you can defend it with an idle squad.
The gallery replays scenes as they were at that point in the story.
On phones, dialogue scenes zoom in on the characters instead of zooming out.
Over a hundred lines that still showed in Korean are now translated into English and Japanese, plus many small fixes.
