Overview:
Dormitory-23 is an atmospheric 2D game about life in a strange dorm, where the hallways seem too long, the neighbors too numerous, and the “normal” rules suspiciously strict. You play as Ash: every day is filled with choices, minor quests, dialogues, and… the feeling that someone is looking a little closer than they should. On the surface, it’s “just a dorm.” But the further you go, the more you feel like everything around you is strange, and your “normal” interactions are just the surface. Some things are best ignored… but the game is specifically designed to make you notice. Riddles and Secrets!

– New storyline: Conrad’s line (main + side quests), starts after delivering Lia’s documents to Maya
– Main quest “Who is Conrad?”: the poster in the living room, Clara’s lost phone, Jerry in the park, and the “legend” of the room’s previous tenant
– Late-night choice at Clara’s door (help her or refuse; it changes Clara’s affinity and the route)
– Infiltrate Lia’s room: shelf, Lia’s note and the back room
– New folder puzzle (put 10 folders in order) and new item: Folder #21 (classified)
– Folder #21 scene with Clara
– Chapter 1: Arrival now ends with its own end screen. Chapter 2 is in development.

– New turn-based fight vs Jerry: HP bars + 3 rounds, Strike / Critical Hit / Block (with cooldowns), fight log, tutorial before the first fight
