Added ability to toggle skills
- Thermostat is now toggleable
- To toggle: go to Computer Screen > Stats > Skills > Thermostat Skill, then click the checkbox at the bottom of the popup screen.
- Currently WIP, needs some visual updates but will leave that until a bigger revamp of the Computer Screen
